Great Woom 6, minor code issue

We got the Woom 6 for my son and he absolutely loves it. The quality is fantastic, much better than anything we've seen at Halfords or Decathlon. Applying the discount code was a bit finicky; it took a few tries at checkout to get it to register for new members. Luckily, we didn't have any damage, but I checked their policy and it seems pretty straightforward if something were to happen. Overall, a solid choice for kids bikes. 👍

Good idea, but needs polish

Has anyone else tried the Frog Bikes subscription? I think the idea of swapping bikes as kids grow is brilliant, especially with toddler bikes. However, the monthly cost for a Frog bike felt a bit steep, and applying a code at checkout was a little confusing. It's a solid service, but there's definitely room for improvement on value and user experience.

Frog 52, perfect for growing kids!

getting the Frog 52 from Bike Club was a total win for my little one. i was browsing for mudguards too but ended up just getting the bike, the re-bike option really saves a good chunk of cash, it's basically a pre-owned bike that's been spruced up. you just add the code at checkout which was super straightforward. my kid outgrows bikes so fast, so this is way better than buying new from say, Decathlon or Halfords, and then having to sell it on. huge saving in the long run and great quality, feels like getting a new bike without the full price tag.

I grabbed a fantastic deal for new members, getting a great discount on our first month with Bike Club! It's such an awesome idea for kids who outgrow bikes so fast – we got an Islabikes subscription and it's perfect. My only tiny gripe is that applying the code felt a little fiddly during checkout, but it worked in the end! Reliable choice for growing kids

This was our third bike from Bike Club, this time a Woom 3. We've been with them for a couple years now, and the consistency is why we keep coming back. The bikes are always in excellent condition, even the refurbished ones. Swapping out the old Woom 2 was easy, just like last time. It's a bit pricier than buying outright but the convenience of not having to sell old bikes is worth it for us. They've been very reliable.

Good bike, slight delivery hiccup

I subscribed for a Frog 40 for my son. The bike itself is great, exactly as described and he loves it. The exchange process seems straightforward. Delivery took 5 days to reach Denver, which was a little longer than I hoped, especially for the monthly fee. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking.
